In the market, there are several gaming consoles, all competing for trade and the title of being the best. Rivalry is fierce and this creates an ongoing competition to bring out the latest console or accessory. Every addition released has improvements and enhancements over previous models or competitor version. Several years have passed since the old coined-operated consoles were in action and the industry has completely evolved with the gaming console.

The Nintendo Wii is currently the latest in the range to its numerous predecessors of Nintendo consoles, most of which have seen great success. Nintendo seems unstoppable in dominating the gaming industry against its competing companies and this is helped by official third party developments for games and accessories. One of the newest editions to the family is the Wii Drawing Tablet, an accessory for the Wii which promises new experiences.

The Wii drawing tablet is powered by the Wii remote and supports a 4 inch by 6 inch drawing space with a pressure sensitive stylus, made by the game publisher THQ. Kids can have images made from charcoal or opaque water colours. By using the stylus it seems you are handling and using real pencils and other drawing materials to create your sketches, drawings and paintings.

The Wii Drawing Tablet with U draw studio cost £39.71. Wii drawing tablet and Disney game for £52.97, Dood’s Big Adventure for only £ 14.39 and the UDraw studio-game and tablet which is £38.87. There are lots of Wii drawing tablet games and software to choose from. That will surely satisfy your needs.

Nintendo, as one of the world’s top companies, has developed motion-capture game systems that make video games accessible to the whole family. They made the first popular game system to take advantage of motion-gaming which is called the Nintendo Wii game console, and a lot of fun games for the console have continued to appear. Wii accessories and controllers are required in playing some of these games, which are usually sold in packages called Wii bundles.

Hence, bundles of this kind are classified into the following

Wii Mario Kart is one of the most popular games on the wii console and has probably been played by everybody who owns a Wii and most people who don’t. The game is currently in its sixth version for the Wii.

Mario kart 7 is the latest edition and will be released on the 7th of December 2011 and for the Nintendo 3DS only. The game promises never seen before items, characters and courses.

Wii Mario kart can still be purchased and if bought brand new will include a wii steering wheel which makes the game so much more entertaining. If buying secondhand then I would highly recommend getting a wii wheel. If you choose to go without the wheel then the standard wii remote is the alternative but the game will still be giggle.

Mario Kart Wii offers 32 different tracks and racers can choose from all the classic characters such as Mario, Luigi, Wario, Toad Yoshi and more. The game allows up to 12 simultaneous competitors which means great evenings of entertainment. Nintendo also holds periodic tournaments (2 per month) open to worldwide participants to compete for titles of glory.

This year will see Nintendo release another Wii Bundle for Mario Kart. The bundle includes a black limited edition console with a slightly altered configuration which means it won’t now be compatible with the old game cube console. Also included will be a black wii wheel. This package only applies to the UK at the time of writing.

Do you own a Nintendo Wii console and are wondering how on earth to make copies of your games so you have a backup in case the original breaks, gets lost or gets damaged? Here I will inform you how to save your Wii games to avoid future stress.

If you are familiar with burning cd’s and the like then you have a little experience of the process before but be aware that you need aditional software and knowledge when backing up Wii games. It’s not just a case of ripping a cd and inserting a blank to re-write to. Because of the security and copyright protection that the game developers place on their games it becomes a little harder to perform the required tasks. Software available on the net for free will help you bypass this security so you can create a backup. You should not use these methods to create games to distribute, that is an illegal activity and this site does on no way condone it.

The process.

In simple steps you need to do the following;

Have your original Wii game to hand
Have a blank cd to make to back up onto
A DVD burner installed on your PC. Note DVD and CD burner is required
Copying software

That’s the basic formula you need to know and that is where we leave this post for now. Please check back for the next stage on how to back up your Wii games.

Nintendo have said they will be cutting the price of the Wii for the first time since it’s release. Does this mean they are feeling the crunch? I doubt it. The cuts are happening in both the USA and Japan. The Wii will be cut by $50 in the US which brings it down to $200. No price cuts for the European market have been announced.

Nintendo may be following suit after both Sony and Microsoft have cut prices on their console back in August of this year. The price drop is in time for christmas, which is the most busiest time for the gaming industry. Traditional console always drop their price after an average 2 year period and this is done to broaden the people able to afford the console thus pushing sales up. Originally when Nintendo launched the Wii, it was $50 cheaper than any of it’s competitors and after this latest decrease, it will regain that position. The newest Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 models currently retail at aroiund the $300 mark.

Cheap second hand Nintendo Wii Console can be found in store. Just check out the Wii Bundle page for the latest offers.

Punch Out Released on 22 May 2009

Another great interactive feast from Nintendo made for the Wii. This game will bring competition to the living room and hours of fun among many.

Using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk you make punching movements to move that of the on screen boxer and defeat your opponent. This is thew second version of this game to be released and you can also play it the original way by flicking your Wii Remote onto it side and use it as a controller, the old fashion way. If you are making use of the Wii interactivity by using the Nunchuk and Remote to play then you also have the option to bring in the Wii Balance Board as well.

Wii Bundles and deals are starting to hot up now… but do we wait for the best Wii Bundles and possible miss out on our christmas Nintendo Wii Consoles or do we rush out now and buy up the available stock with a Wii fit package and maybe also get the new Wii Music title before they sell out for xmas?

Well with the deals that appear to be about at the moment with the credit crunch i would say go and buy you Wii Bundle deal now but hold off for your Wii Fit and Wii Music packages until the boxing day sales.

Here are some of the current deals around at the moment:

Nintendo Wii base package + Fifa 2009 + mario karts for the price of the standard base package.

Nintendo Wii base package + extra wii mote + 1 game for the price of the standard base package.

Nintendo Wii base package + 2 games for 20% off the base package.

I have seen a number of very similar packages around as well in different guises but I believe that they are due to the credit crunch so in light of that I would urge people to buy their Wii Bundles sooner rather than later..
