Please note, I have a UK Wii so you’ll need to be in the UK or change your country on the Wii to UK, and you have to have put your Wii online for the first time in the last 30 days - any later than that and it won’t work!

Most interested buyers will never see these misspelled listings, so you have a better chance of getting a good deal.

You can use a site like ebuyersedge.com (typojoe.com, etc) to search ebay for common misspellings of keywords you enter.

Ebuyersedge also gives you the option of saving your favorite searches, then sending you an email when an item is listed matching one your saved searches, giving you a jump on other potential buyers.

This works best with ‘Buy It Now’s, but is also effective with auctions.

I’ve read that some people profit from this and even make a living doing it. I don’t know about that, but it is at least worth a try to find yourself a good deal if nothing else.

once the wii shopping channel has loaded click on the Connection Ambassador button in the bottom corner,

Select “person who was helped”

Enter 6377 3298 5810 3944 (this is my wii number)

when prompted, answer the few questions any way you want

To find your Wii console’s number follow these steps

Go to your Wii main menu

On the bottom right there should be a message icon. If you put your cursor over it it would say “Wii message board”. Click on it.

ON the next screen, on left hand side bottom of your screen you will see 2 icons. The second says create a new message. Click on it.

ON the next screen you would see 3 icons and one of them will say “Address book”, click on it.

When you click on Address book you should be able to see your wii console’s number. It is a 16 character number
